Well another productive couple weeks.  Been busy trying to keep ahead of old man winter but he's coming quick.  Glad we got all the wood in the house when it was still warm out!

Went and got 30 bales of hay for Shirley and Molly and 22 more bales of straw.  Couldn't fit anymore in the old heavy chevy! One more load like that and I should be set for the winter.

Graydon heading out to the barn one morning to help me with the chores.

Well decided I need a place to park the Tractor and it's implements for the winter so I framed up a temporary lean to on the side of the sea can.  I covered it with tarps but am finding out that we get hammered with heavy winds here and I'm not sure how long the tarps will hold up.  Keeping my fingers crossed!

Graydon coming out with his tool kit to help me with the lean to.

The drive into work last Friday morning.  Woke up to 8" of snow.  Apparently I leave before the plows get out.  I broke trail for a good part of the drive into work.

Dillon all dressed up for the Exeter Santa Clause Parade

This past weekend my nephew Spencer came out and helped me with some work around the farm.  He did a great job using the pitch fork in the cow's pen.

Loved blowing snow with the tractor - he hopes there is a lot of snow next time he visits!

He helped me build a feed trough for the pigs.

He had a busy morning with me and then went and watched Addie play hockey in the afternoon.

After while they were at hockey I enjoyed a Tomiko Moose Milk!
